Barratt Homes appoints site manager at Hawthorn Rise
Dave Clark has been appointed to oversee construction at Barratt Homes’ new development, Hawthorn Rise in Newton Abbot, Devon, where work is underway to create a community of 133 new homes.
Dave, from nearby Torquay, has worked as a site manager for the last five years, having previously held various roles in the housing and construction sector including production manager and contracts manager.
As the site manager at Hawthorn Rise Dave will be responsible for ensuring all work goes to schedule and that everyone who comes onto the site is safe.
Barratt Homes omemanaging director Paul Moran, said: “Site managers such as Dave play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality new homes and it is this quality which should inspire confidence in our buyers.”
The new homes at Hawthorn Rise in Newton Abbot will provide 133 new homes and are due to be unveiled in 2018. It is expected that more than 260 jobs will be supported throughout the duration of the three-year project.
