Duo of Deals at North Preston Business Park
Commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP are pleased to report two new office signings at a sought-after North Preston Employment Area.
Exceptional Living Consultants Ltd., a sister company of family-run, Preston builders The Williamson Group, provide a bespoke consultancy service for both commercial and residential design and build projects. The new tenants have taken a new two year lease on 1,522 sq ft at Unit 10 Cable Court, Preston; a development of 15 small office units within a business park setting.
A second letting at Cable Court Business Park has completed to Kudos Legal Ltd., who take 1,549 sq ft next door. In both cases Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the private landlord.
Mark Harrison, Surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co. said, “The two most recent lettings at Cable Court business park are testament to the popularity of this location as a key employment area for the city. The new tenants will continue to strengthen the ongoing economic growth in North Preston and we welcome them to Cable Court.”
Located prominently on Pittman Way, the properties are located within the North Preston Employment Area and enjoy easy access to Jct 31a and Jct 32 of the M6 (each within 1.25 miles), and a 24 hour Asda supermarket is within walking distance. Established organisations in the area include the Lancashire Evening Post, Homeserve, HSBC and The Royal Mail.
