Seats snapped up at Taylor&Emmet reviews of year

Business legal specialists from Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP are rounding up a successful year of expert advice with two fully booked annual seminars.

The solicitors are looking forward to welcoming full houses at their employment law and property updates, held at the Crucible Theatre on December 3 and 9 respectively.

Taylor&Emmet’s established employment law breakfast event is popular with local people managers, providing a useful overview of recent and forthcoming legislative changes. This year, it will cover key developments in working time and holidays, reforms to industrial action, minimum wage, disability discrimination, redundancies and what can be expected in 2016, including gender pay gap reporting.

A similar review of recent legal changes in the property sector is also receiving high levels of interest. The firm’s commercial property and property litigation teams are joining forces for the mulled wine and mince pie afternoon event, to provide information on the regulations affecting agents, landlords and owners and review recent case law.
