Bond Dickinson announces promotions within Newcastle team

The promotion of six Associates to the role of Managing Associate and seven Solicitors to the role of Associate have been revealed at the Newcastle office of national law firm Bond Dickinson.

Lawyers from the region advised on numerous high profile transactions during the year, including a £135m fundraising for new digital bank Atom, a £76m investment by Grainger into UK regions, the acquisition of Pentagon Chemical Holdings by Vertellus Specialities and the procurement of fleets of rolling stock for Thameslink and Gatwick Express.

John Marshall, Newcastle Office Head and Vice Chairman of Bond Dickinson said: “We’re very proud of our talented lawyers who are part of our excellent team in Newcastle. All those being promoted have made a significant contribution this year and fully deserve their recognition.

The Newcastle base has made 67 new hires this year, taking its headcount to 504 - the firm’s largest office location.
