Hanover selects Frontier PR

Specialist communications agency, Frontier PR, has been selected by Hanover Housing Association to support the roll out of new, high specification properties for people over the age of 55.

Hanover is a national provider of housing and services for people in later life and is developing a number of sites in London and the South East with properties ranging from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom homes. The portfolio includes properties for outright sale, shared ownership and a number available at affordable rent.

Frontier PR will be developing the overarching PR plan for the programme including targeted PR activity in relation to each site in order to support local sales and marketing activity as well as ensuring Hanover is positioned as a provider of choice. The company will work in close collaboration with local agents and with joint venture partners as part of the contract.

Hanover’s Marketing Manager, Greg Hall said: “Over the next 20 years there will be a 47% increase in the number of people over 65 - compared to an expected increase in the general population of just 15%. We are developing these new homes to help meet this need - and to give people in the third stage of their lives more choice and flexibility about the type of property they want to live in. Fifty five is no longer ‘old’ - and quality is extremely important to our customers irrespective of their age.
