Patty&Bun selects Soho for fourth site
Burger chain Patty&Bun is set to move into its fourth restaurant in London early next year.
The company will take up both ground and basement floors of the 1,500 sq ft site on Old Compton Street in Soho.
Designed by an in-house team, the layout will feature the same stripped-back interior as Patty&Bun’s popular James Street location (pictured below).
Commercial property specialists Shelley Sandzer acted for Patty&Bun on the move.
Joe Grossman, Founder of Patty&Bun, added: “Shelley Sandzer were instrumental in helping us land this new site and we can not wait to sink our teeth into it.
“The next opening for Patty&Bun was something we had to consider very carefully and we were provided with this great option. Now, we look forward to bringing the ultimate comfort food and a truly memorable burger experience to the west end.”
Commenting on the deal, Kit Alexander at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Old Compton Street is one of Soho’s hotspots for cool dining brands and we have secured a great site for Patty&Bun. It is such a busy area that draws people in from all over London and we are sure that the brand will make a massive success of the location.”
“This deal further reinforces Shelley Sandzer’s ability to connect leading operators with quality opportunities.”
