Record growth for Parker Software

Digital engagement specialist Parker Software has announced record growth over the last year, with increased demand driving 45% growth year on year, £2.9m turnover and a 35% increase in profits.

Over the last three years it has more than tripled its workforce, and in the last 12 months has created dedicated technical, marketing and customer service teams to manage its growing list of clients. Senior members of staff, including a sales director and operations manager, have been recruited to oversee departments, and a new professional services division now offers a full range of pre-sales, installation, training, and post-sales support.

“The past 12 months have been the busiest in our history” says Stephen Parker, CEO at Parker Software. “Reshaping the company was important to react to increased demand, allow us to better serve our customers and expand the business. We have ambitious plans for the next 12 months, so this leaves us well placed to deliver in an exciting growth market.”

Over the next year Parker Software will further expand its technical, sales and marketing divisions. It is also opening a new sales office in Manchester at the turn of the year, and a new European office in 2016.

“This is an exciting time to be at the company” Stephen continues. “Rapidly, we’ve seen a 45% increase in sales, 35% increase in profit, tripled the size of our team, launched a new product and new website, acquired a new Manchester office, and we’re now looking for a European base, too. It’s been an incredible growth journey, and we can’t wait to see where it takes us in 2016 and beyond.”
