Subway to create 10 jobs with new Doncaster Sheffield Airport franchise
A new Subway franchise is set to open in Doncaster Sheffield Airport, creating ten jobs in the process.
Subway is scheduled to arrive at the South Yorkshire airport before the Christmas getaway starts.
Ian Smith, commercial manager, for Doncaster Sheffield Airport said: “We are delighted to be welcoming a new store to our terminal.
“Subway will be a very welcome addition at Doncaster Sheffield Airport and as the store will be landside it will also be a used by people who are picking up and dropping off friends and family.
“An added bonus will be that anyone spending more than £5 in Subway will benefit from up to 30 minutes free parking at the airport.”
Globally, there are more than 43000 Subway stores in 110 countries. All stores are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
Rachana Pancholi, development agent for Subway, commented: “Subway is the leading quick service brand in the region and we are delighted to partner with Doncaster Sheffield Airport in this exciting new venture. This will be our 72nd store in the region and we will have created 15 new jobs and opportunities for people in Doncaster”.
