January can bring another rush in potential sales for your business and it is crucial you are prepared to take advantage of this. Given this continued peak in demand, it is important you take advantage of your logistics provider’s knowledge to help ensure you make the most of these continued sales peaks throughout January.

Put a strategy in place to handle exchanges or returns. An important element of this is to ensure your exchange and returns policy is clear and easily accessible to your customers. One way to do this is to publish it on your website or include it on your receipts. Ensuring customers have a good experience of this process will encourage them to continue shopping with your business.
