Bolton firm Seddon secures place on £55m Welsh framework
Within two months of expanding into Wales with the launch of a Mold office, developer Seddon has secured a place on all 13 lots in the £55m Welsh housing framework Undod.
Following the win, the next four years will see Seddon bidding for new build and refurb works across Wales.
The framework will make contracts ranging from thousands of pounds to £2m or more available, covering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, renovation work and new build developments.
Seddon’s business development manager, Nikki Waud, said: “Seddon has a long history of working in Wales, and this framework appointment marks the start of what is set to be a very exciting time for the firm in the region as we reopen our office.
“Seddon has a great pedigree when it comes to delivering new build and refurbishment projects for the social housing sector, having worked extensively with providers on a wide range of projects for decades.”
She continued: “We are looking forward to working on a range of projects across Wales, bringing our experience in education, commercial contracts, care and social housing to the region, and are currently looking for suppliers to get involved with our projects.”
