Mortgages Made Simple Awarded for Quality of Service
Warrington based mortgage expert, Jennifer Yates of Mortgages Made Simple took home the Best Adviser Business Quality award at the recent 13th annual Pink Service Awards.
The Pink Awards are an awards ceremony that aims to recognise the finest insurers, advisors, lenders and suppliers who deliver outstanding service. Held in Oxford at Heythrop Park Resort, the event attracted over 200 guests, with seminars from leading lenders and suppliers offering insights into the future of the lending industry and motivational presentations from the likes of Kriss Akabusi. With only the very best advisors invited to the ceremony, the event was not short of tough competition.
The event is hosted by Pink Home Loans, a Staffordshire based mortgage distribution company who have been providing products and services to financial intermediaries since 1990. The company set up a mortgage broker service in 2004 in order to provide the public with professional mortgage advice.
The growing team at Mortgages Made Simple who are based in Birchwood Park, Warrington, were unexpectedly nominated by their field compliance officer Kim Cobham for the prestigious Pink Service Award and due to their undisputed quality service, they were obvious winners for the Best Adviser Business Quality category. Jennifer Yates, comments:
“It has come as a complete surprise to win the Pink Award but it was an honour to be nominated, invited and of course, to win. It was great to travel from Winwick where I live, down to Oxford for what was a spectacular event and to be in the company of like-minded industry professionals. We really weren’t expecting the award and as a company, we couldn’t be happier or prouder of this recognition. Our stance is to offer our clients a second to none service and we take great pride in hearing positive feedback from our compliance officer, lenders and clients. We plan to continuously improve the services we offer and I hope that my growing team continues to be acknowledged for their hard-work and commitment to the industry in the future.”
The mortgage advisory business uses a range of providers to offer comprehensive advice on mortgage and insurance products. Their sole aim of providing the most suitable and beneficial financial deals for their client’s individual needs is just one of many reasons they were nominated and won the award. Jennifer has a high standard when it comes to packaging cases for lenders and ensures these standards are instilled in each new adviser that joins her growing company. As a result of these meticulous measures for a quality service that truly delivers results, the company has doubled business volume in the past 12 months – a true testament to why Jennifer and Mortgages Made Simple are now the Best Advisor Business Quality of 2015.
With the American Federal Reserve recently announcing a long expected increase in interest rates by 0.25%, there is now increasing pressure on the Bank of England to follow suit and also raise rates in the UK. In light of this, Jennifer advises that UK mortgage owners should seek expert mortgage advice to review their current package and evaluate the potential for a revised deal.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
