Housebuilder to open new development in Harrow
A UK housebuilder has unveiled its latest development in North West London where more than 300 properties are to be built.
Persimmon Homes North London will be launching four phases of homes on its Harrow View West site in Spring 2016.
The site will have a wide variety of properties available to suit all tastes, including stylish two bedroom apartments and a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes.
Harrow View West benefits from a range of transport links including train and bus stations, motorway links and airports within easy reach of the development.
The area also boasts a fantastic array of schools including Marlborough Primary School, Hatch End High School and Elmgrove Nursery Primary School.
Greg Kaye, head of sales for Persimmon Homes North London, said: “Harrow View West is a major development of over 300 properties and construction work on the first phase will begin early in 2016.
“It is planned that the first home owners will move into the development during the second half of 2016.
“The site is in a fantastic location for commuters; Harrow & Wealdstone station is just a mile away from the development and takes under 15 minutes to arrive at London Euston.
“There are a wide range of apartments and homes being built so there will truly be something for everyone at Harrow View West they can call home.”
The site is the second Persimmon Homes development to be built in North West London in recent years, with St Andrews Park in Uxbridge also providing a range of two, three and four bedroom homes.
