Aaron & Partners represents Reso in sale

One of the UK’s leading mobile seed processing companies, Reso (Seeds) Limited has been sold to Agrii, the leading provider of agronomy services, technology and strategic advice.

The sale completed earlier this year and the terms of the sale are not disclosed. Legal firm Aaron & Partners advised the sellers, along with CBSL Accountants and Frazer Hall Corporate Finance. The purchasers were advised by Crowe Clark Whitehill Accountants and Wragge & Co Solicitors.
