Pavilion Square proves to be popular in Pocklington
David Wilson Homes has released its latest sales figures at its Pavilion Square development in Pocklington – demonstrating that an impressive 35% of buyers have purchased using the Government’s Help to Buy scheme and almost one fifth using David Wilson Homes’ Part Exchange scheme. With almost 80% of those purchasing at Pavilion Square being local buyers and almost 20% first time buyers, the new statistics highlight the growing demand for quality and sustainable homes in the area.
Having launched in May this year, Pavilion Square has seen a surge in demand for the five star quality homes on offer at the development – with over 90% of the properties released already been purchased by local buyers. On completion, the development will boast over 77 stunning two, three, four and five bedroom homes – providing the local area with much needed housing for local buyers.
Clare Reaney, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes, commented: “We are delighted with how popular our Pavilion Square development is proving to be with the local community. At David Wilson Homes we are passionate about building homes that will benefit the local community for years to come.”
