New bungalow development nears completion in South Liverpool

Riverside Home Ownership’s new bungalow development in South Liverpool is now open for applications.

The Naylorsfield Drive development consists of seven, two bed bungalows and is due to be completed by the end of spring.

Riverside Home Ownership (RHO) has been building new homes for shared ownership in the Lee Valley area for over 10 years as part of the ongoing revitalisation of the neighbourhood.

The properties will be ready to move into with high specification finishes and flooring throughout. The quality finishes include high gloss fitted kitchens, complete with a stainless steel oven and hob. The homes also boast turf and garden to the front and rear.
