Kirkham Office Development Recieves New Lease of Life
A speculative Kirkham business development that was left half built and allowed to fall into disrepair after previous owners went into administration has been given a new lease of life by a local private investor.
The Crossroads, Blackpool Road, Kirkham has been the subject to a complete £500,000 refurbishment, finished to a high standard ready for immediate occupation and as such interest has got off to a flying start. After just one month of marketing, commercial agents Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP can report that the first of five available units is under offer to potential new occupiers.
Mark Harrison, surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co. said, “We are delighted in the initial response and that early interest has already translated into a firm offer. There is genuine demand in the market for out-of-town quality office space within the Kirkham & Wesham area and further north throughout the Fylde Coast, and this new development will help to fulfil the current gap in the market.”
