Merseyside-based Sovini Property Services secures place on £1.2m framework
Repairs and maintenance firm Sovini Property Services has secured a place on a £1.2m framework in Blackpool.
The work, administered by housing organisation Blackpool Coastal Housing, includes adapting homes to allow disabled tenants to live independently
Around 300 adaptations, including the installation of level-access showers, will be carried out by Merseyside-based Sovini as part of the two-year agreement.
Sovini Property Services’ MD, Phil Pemberton, said: “We’re thrilled to have been selected for this framework, especially after undergoing such a rigorous selection process.
“What makes this success even more significant is that the decision was made based on the price and quality that candidates could offer – something we pride ourselves on as a business.”
He added: “Our selection proves how far we’ve come in our five years of business, and we look forward to working with the council to develop our brand and reputation on such an important and fulfilling project.”
Sovini Property Services, which is part of the Sovini Group network of not-for-profit and commercial enterprises, launched in 2010 and has since seen its turnover grow from £8m to £20m. Today, the firm employs more than 200 people.
