Merseyside firm Complete Accounting secures Haydock office

Complete Accounting, a contractor accountancy firm, is set to move to Haydock after securing space at The Parks.

The firm has signed up for 1,771 sq ft of space on the ground floor of Building 8 at the development on a five-year lease.

Property consultant JLL secured the letting on behalf of asset management firm Bilsdale Properties, leaving just 7,629 sq ft across two office units unoccupied.

Richard Wharton, JLL’s Manchester-based office agency director, said: “There’s continuing demand for office accommodation in the North West.

“The Parks’ has an unrivalled position, with easy access to key commercial centres via the road and rail network in the region.”

He added: “This, coupled with the well-maintained accommodation is why only six per cent of the available space remains on the market.”

JLL and Bailey Deakin Hamiltons are joint agents on the 120,000 sq ft scheme, which is located near St Helens, midway between Liverpool and Manchester.
