Leading estate agent celebrates 21st year with expansion

TEESSIDE’S leading estate and lettings agent has furthered secured its position in the region by opening a ninth branch.

Michael Poole Estate & Lettings which opened its first branch in 1994 on Borough Road in Middlesbrough has now opened a branch in Nunthorpe. The new branch opened in January 2016 and a further three jobs have been created which brings the total workforce to 50.

It is the estate agent’s second new branch to open in twelve months and it also coincides with the firm’s 21st anniversary celebrations. Michael Poole, Senior Partner said ’We are delighted to be able to continue with our expansion plans across the region.

‘We’ve come a long way now since the setbacks of 2008 and are now operating at full strength. The latest branch integrates extremely well with our existing network and to open two new branches within a year demonstrates our commitment to our customers, staff and to the area.’

The newest branch on Guisborough Road will be managed by Branch Partner, David Poole, who has 16 years of experience in the industry. The additional staff are also very experienced in the property industry which further complements the existing team.

The firm which is a member of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and the Relocation Agent Network has also raised thousands of pounds for local Teesside charities over the years. Charities include Hope for Holly, Daisy Chain and the chosen charity for 2016 is Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice in Normanby, Middlesbrough.
