Stafford and Rural Homes enhances tenant services
Stafford’s largest social landlord, Stafford and Rural Homes, has deployed ShoreTel Unified Communications (UC) platform and ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Centre (ECC) from Manchester-based communications solution provider, Incom Business Systems (Incom), to enhance staff collaboration and the delivery of tenant services. The UC solution replaces a Cisco system and supports over 150 extensions, delivering comprehensive contact centre management, automated call reporting, internal call distribution, increased system resilience and reduced telephony costs.
ShoreTel’s UC platform provides built-in scalability and flexibility, helping Stafford and Rural Homes to respond quickly to changes in organisational infrastructure and working practices. The platform supports multichannel tenant communications and delivers a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) from efficiency savings, aiding compliance with the Homes and Communities Agency’s Value for Money (VfM) standard.
Grant Counsell, Corporate Sales Director at Incom, comments, “The significant pressures on those responsible for delivering tenant services is driving a technology-based revolution in the housing sector. The ShoreTel solution designed by Incom will enable Stafford and Rural Homes to benefit from advanced yet easy to use end-user features that assist with staff collaboration and support greater efficiencies in their tenant interactions.”
