Axon Moore Unveils National Business Structure and Branding
Following last year’s merger of the two companies, leading financial recruiters Axon Resourcing and Watson Moore have formally launched their new business structure and branding.
Operating under the new Axon Moore name, on behalf of private sector clients across industry & commerce, the firm has retained its long-established Axon Resourcing title for its public sector practice.
The newly-created Axon Moore name and its contemporary company identity draws on the heritage of the two renowned recruitment firms and the consolidated company now offers nationwide coverage. Its team of more than 40 professionals recruit at all levels within the finance and accountancy sectors, through a network of six strategically located regional offices.
Headquartered in Manchester city centre, Axon Moore’s national network of offices enables the firm to offer high quality recruitment, through in-depth local market knowledge, in tandem with high calibre solutions from further afield.
Commenting on the official launch of Axon Moore, Managing Director Andy Edwards observed:“ As a national player, with a dedicated regional office network, we can offer the best of both worlds in recruitment circles. In today’s marketplace, traditional job searches in which employer and employee seek close geographic proximity are no longer the norm and technology has blurred these lines even further. As regional cities seek to compete with London for the best available candidates we need to tap into the most comprehensive talent pool available and the formation of Axon Moore reflects our ability to deliver this service to our clients.“
The Axon Moore team has been further strengthened by two key senior appointments: Phil Grinhaff and Rich Winsland. Based at Axon Moore’s London offices, Phil is heading up the firm’s London and South East operation, with a focus on permanent CFO/FD level recruitment. while Rich, who joins from Price Waterhouse Cooper, has been appointed as Axon Moore’s Finance Director, based at the company’s Manchester HQ.
