Peninsula Group accredited with Feefo ‘Gold Trusted Merchant’.

Peninsula Business Services, the UK’s leading Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety Consultancy has been accredited as a ’Gold Trusted Merchant’ by Feefo, the Global Feedback Engine. After a strong year of client retention, Peninsula has witnessed its service level increase from 95% at the end of 2014 to 98% by the end of 2015.

The accreditation, based solely on the feedback and ratings from genuine clients of Peninsula, celebrates their commitment and dedication to providing excellent customer service throughout 2015. As the ratings and feedback obtained by Feefo are verified by sales data, they ensure that only genuine clients of Peninsula are asked to provide feedback, which makes this accolade even more desirable, as it comes from the people Peninsula strive to support.
