Elite Serviced Apartments identified as ‘Very Good-Excellent’

Elite Serviced Apartments awarded a ’Very Good to Excellent’ Quality Accredited Membership Status by UK’s Leading Apartment Sector Association

North East England: Elite Serviced Apartments is honoured to announce their highly esteemed quality accreditation membership status by the Association of Serviced Apartment providers (ASAP), which represents UK based high end serviced apartments providers and agents. There are exceptionally high standards of assessment criteria and codes of conduct which have to be adhered to, in order to become an accredited member of this organisation.

This north east of England based company, enjoys the exclusivity of being the only ASAP accredited member with corporate serviced apartments located within County Durham and North Yorkshire, by owning and managing over twenty corporate let properties within Yarm, Hartlepool Marina and Thornaby.

In December 2015, all properties were assessed as “Very Good to Excellent”, after an in-depth review by the highly respected international ASAP industry association, as part of their Quality Assessment Program for all new members.

As part of the ASAP membership accreditation, against stringent membership assessment criteria, there were a number of inspections carried out over two days, covering all three locations, and included an overnight stay in one of the Yarm apartments.

Because the ASAP selection criteria and membership standards are exceptionally high, this means that only the top serviced apartments making it into the acceptance procedure, and this quality accreditation provides the following assurance to corporate market customers:
