Holmfirth luxury housebuilder launches new Doncaster development
Conroy Brook, the Holmfirth-based housebuilder, has just launched its latest development of family homes in Bawtry near Doncaster.
This launch is only the the second time the company has ventured into South Yorkshire from its traditional West Yorkshire base.
Work to build nine high-specification detached homes is now well underway at Braeburn Mews, just off Russet Grove, with the first homes expected to be completed this summer.
Each of the 4 and 5 bedroom homes have been designed to appeal to family buyers looking for a property which combines an exclusive location with traditional styling and a premium specification. Prices are expected to range from £395k to £510k.
All of the new homes include SieMatic kitchens, Neff appliances, Silestone worksurfaces and wired-in CAT 5 cabling.
CEO Richard Conroy said: “No expense is spared in the design and build of our homes, because when people are looking for this kind of luxury they expect superior fixtures, fittings, finish and service.
“Braeburn Mews is no exception and everything about this development is exclusive, from the location in popular Bawtry to the quality of the materials used and the finishing touches we’ve chosen.
“With very little new build of this standard available in the area, it’s no surprise that we have seen plenty of early interest.”
The launch of Braeburn Mews comes at a time of significant growth for the company, fuelled by expansion plans and a £5m funding deal with NatWest which was announced last year.
Richard added: “We have always been known for small, exclusive developments of the very finest new homes – so we’re delighted that we can once again bring this to the area. We hope this will be an appealing option for people looking for something a little different to other new build homes on the market.”
