First sponsors announced for NWPAs
Redrow Homes will be sponsoring two categories at this year’s NWPAs, with its Lancashire and North West divisions each sponsoring an award.
Redrow Homes Lancashire will be sponsoring the Residential Property Agency of the Year award, while Redrow Homes North West will sponsor the Regeneration Award.
As one of the UK’s leading residential property developers, which was founded in the North West, Redrow Homes is an apt sponsor to join the NWPAs as the event widens its reach across the whole of the region.
The Residential Property Agency of the Year award will celebrate the best residential sales or letting agency, which consistently delivers the highest levels of customer service for its clients and has used digital marketing to foster growth and success.
Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes Lancashire, says: “We’ve a long association with the Your Move Property Awards, now rebranded and expanded as the NWPAs. Given Redrow’s long history and track record right across the patch the awards now cover, it was an easy decision for us to continue our support.
“We’ve chosen this year to sponsor the Residential Property Agency of the year category and really look forward to helping highlight the wealth of talent and experience that exists in that sector.”
Redrow Homes is also committed to creating long-lasting and sustainable communities.
The Regeneration Award is open to a range of commercial, residential and mixed- use schemes, and looks to recognise those with a focus on creating a positive impact on the physical quality of deprived areas, or the economic and social well-being of its community.
Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes North West, says: “It’s a privilege to be sponsoring the Regeneration Award at this year’s NWPAs. Every year this event shines a spotlight on some of the region’s most exciting construction projects.
“The regeneration category is always particularly noteworthy as it highlights some of the excellent work being undertaken to breathe new life into our communities. We’re already looking forward to a great night of celebration for the North West property industry”.
Kim O’Brien, director of Move Publishing, says: “This is an exciting start to the refreshed awards ceremony, which has this year extended its reach beyond Merseyside and now welcomes entries from across the North West.
“We are delighted to have Redrow Homes on board as we enter this new phase, and look forward to welcoming further sponsors”.
The NWPAs will take place on Thursday 20 October at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral’s Lutyen’s Crypt. Entries are now open.
