Huddersfield Giants kitted out with Abzorb partnership
Huddersfield Giants Rugby League Club has teamed up with communications company Abzorb for the 2016 First Utility Super League season.
Abzorb, also based in Huddersfield, specialises in connecting local businesses to a Hyperfast, Gigabit internet service.
Abzorb’s national footprint has led them to managing the telecommunications for organisations such as University College London and the Campanile Hotel Group.
The company’s brand will now complement Huddersfield Giants on the pitch. The new associate kit partner deal will see the company have its logo emblazed on the back of the shorts of the first-team squad.
Paul Cribb, Huddersfield’s commercial manager, said: “We are proud to have Abzorb on board as one of our official kit partners, Abzorb have been an absolute pleasure to work with and once we found out their passion for the Giants it was a natural progression for both our business to partner each other.
“As with all our commercial partnerships I urge the Claret and Gold fans to always support the businesses which support us.”
Steve Beeby, Abzorb’s managing director, added: “Abzorb has made a firm commitment, to not just providing a market-leading services to businesses, but to be socially responsible and a good neighbour.
“Central to this strategy is our partnerships with our local teams. The Giants is a fantastic club, and we are delighted to be supporting them, not only on, but now off the field as well.”
