Select Property Group Win Top NW Company in Best Small Companies List

Property investment company, Select Property Group (Select), scooped 13th place in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For 2016 last week, with Select coming in at number one in the company section that focusses on the management and direction of the business. The results make Select the top company to work for in the North West and the highest scoring property company on the list.

The list is compiled following an in-depth internal company survey that monitors and measures the engagement of all staff members and asks their thoughts on the company. These results are then analysed against all registered companies which totalled 1336 this year.

Highlighting the impact of Mark’s leadership, the results showed that 96% of the company feel inspired by his leadership of the business and 97% are excited about where the Group is going.

The survey also revealed that 94% of the Select team has confidence in the senior management team and 95% feel they are able to make a valuable contribution to the business.

Best Companies have been producing and publishing the ‘Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’ lists since 2001 to measure and acknowledge excellence in workplace engagement. Only the organisations with the highest level of overall employee engagement secure a ranking.
