Digital analytics company announces five-year deal with Vodafone
London-based digital analytics firm Actual Experience has announced it has signed a five-year agreement with Vodafone.
The deal will see Vodafone integrate the analytics firm’s digital experience quality analysis software into its quality improvement initiatives.
Actual Experience, which also has offices in Seattle and New York, provides real-time continuous improvement information for a business’s digital experience through its cloud application.
The deal follows a similar three-year tie-up with US giant Verizon last September and comes off the back of strong preliminary results which saw the firm post a revenue increase of 23% for the year ending September 2015.
Commenting on this new deal, Dave Page, Chief Executive Officer of Actual Experience, said: “Our recent focus has been on building our channel partner relationships and I’m delighted to be able to announce our latest significant agreement.
“By taking a customer-led perspective on the quality of their digital experience we can help Vodafone focus their resources on achieving consistent digital quality.”
