The Number Hub grows from strength to strength

South Wales based accountancy firm, The Number Hub, has grown significantly since it was established in October 2014 and has seen a 93% revenue growth since last year.

Set up by founder and director, Marsha Ward, The Number Hub has grown its client base by over 30% in the first year alone.

Company growth also extends to the volume of staff employed. The business has grown from a team of two to six since the company was first established, providing more jobs in a typically job deprived South Wales Valleys Region.

Following the growth of the team, the Number Hub has recently promoted team member Pam Randall to operations manager. Despite her new role, development is still a priority to Pam and she is also currently doing her ILM and working towards her level 4 AAT.

Speaking of the business growth, director Marsha Ward said, “We have seen significant growth since the business was established and I’m thrilled. Pam’s promotion is a testament to the growth of the business. She has been able to develop her job knowledge and capability in the Number Hub and I have been impressed by her progression during her time in the company. I am very excited to see what else she will achieve in the coming months.”

With 18 years’ experience in accountancy and HR, Marsha had a vision of creating an accountancy firm which worked differently. Due previous success with the Pub Hub, Marsha saw the opportunity to create an accountancy firm which took a fresh and simplified approach to accounting that catered to all industries.

The firm uses cloud based technology, Xero, to help their clients and keep on top of accounts. This approach makes it easier to access and submit information. The Number Hub caters to a range of clients and offers several services to provide a catered approach to any client of any size.

The Number Hub is a partner to cloud based software company, Xero. It is currently based in Welsh ICE, a business hub in Caerphilly.
