International expansion drives Integration Matters’ customer offering
Integration services experts, Integration Matters, is expanding its international presence with new offices in London and New York to better serve a fast-growing global customer base.
This month’s move to King’s Bench Walk in Temple, in the heart of the UK capital, marks the latest chapter for the German business, headquartered in Hattingen, which has grown steadily since its inception over a decade ago with a global 300-strong customer base.
At the helm of the London base will be Jon Head who joins as Sales Director Northern Europe to steer the company’s sales strategy and execution in the UK, Ireland and the Nordic countries. A financial services specialist with over 20 years experience in technology and services, John was EMEA sales director for Volante Technologies, a leading provider of payments technology solutions to the financial services sector. Prior to this, he held a range of senior sales and business development roles at companies including Integrated Research and Larsen & Toubro Infotech.
His belief that a competitive advantage can be derived from operational excellence and customer engagement makes him a natural proponent for the company’s evolving nJAMs (not just another monitoring solution) portfolio which addresses the challenges of digital enterprises by simplifying integration complexity and fostering innovation in agile business environments.
“Integration Matters’ vision and capability stand out in a crowded market as the approach to use to ensure that a business truly understands how it is performing,” said Head.
“I am delighted to be joining such a talented team and look forward to enabling customers to benefit from our passion for empowering their business.”
In New York, Nicole Swank, as Director of Sales for North America, will focus on servicing Intergration Matters’ current customer base and driving new business, while building a premier sales team. With over 15 years in senior sales management and business development leadership, she has a proven track record in forging successful C-level relationships within Fortune 100 companies and delivering stellar sales growth. As a VP and Director of Sales in several technology start-ups, Nicole also has the expertise in launching new products and establishing new verticals, as well as creating and implementing successful go-to-market sales strategies worldwide.
“To be part of this exciting new era for Integration Matters is a special challenge and I cannot wait to get started,” said Swank.
