New look is revealed for dental practice

Royal Bank of Scotland has supported Lindley Dental Centre with a £234,000 loan to reconfigure and refurbish its established practice in Lindley, Huddersfield.

Sharon Jardine took over Lindley Dental on New Hey Road 16 years ago and has recently brought changes to the practice for the benefit of her private patients and staff. Sharon has increased the practice from three treatment rooms to four with the capacity to create three new roles to support this expansion. A dental therapist, a receptionist and a dental nurse have all been recruited to complement the experienced work force of four dentists, three hygienists, three reception staff and five nurses.

An official open evening took place to welcome new and existing patients into the practice to see for themselves the positive changes that have been made. A new improved modern and fresh look has been revealed to match the quality and customer service alike.

Lindley Dental Centre provide a wide range of dental treatments including: tooth whitening, natural coloured fillings, veneers, crowns and even implants to replace missing teeth. They have a small NHS contract for young children but predominantly strive to improve the oral health for their private patients.

Sharon Jardine, owner of Lindley Dental Centre, said: “The newly refurbished premises is attracting positive attention and it was an area I felt we had to invest in to keep up with what is expected of a modern dental practice.

“We are looking forward to settling in our newest team members and providing more flexibility for our patients when booking appointments now we have an extra treatment room available. Thanks to the support of Royal Bank of Scotland this has all been made possible.”

Duncan Schofield, Healthcare Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland, added: “Sharon has many years of experience not only in dentistry but in Lindley. She has grown this practice to a considerable size and is still continuing to make improvements that will keep her at the forefront of this growing industry.”
