Blueprint is Now Accepting Reservations at Trent Basin

At an exclusive event held last week and attended by over 80 people, Blueprint introduced the Trent Basin project to an enthusiastic audience.

Guests packed out the event to hear more about the exciting new project on the edge of the City Centre yet overlooking the Trent.

The evening was held for those that had already registered an interest in buying at Trent Basin. All plots within Phase One are released to the general public on Friday 18th March.

Trent Basin has attracted a huge level of early interest no doubt because of its unique location that connects city life with waterside living in a new sustainable neighbourhood. Located overlooking the banks of the River Trent, the development is perfectly situated between the City Centre and West Bridgford.

Just 45 homes will be released for sale in Phase One, a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and apartments ranging from £225,000 up to £395,000. The first will be ready summer 2016.

Early indications are very positive with the most expensive house, a three storey, three bedroom home, priced at £375,000, being reserved as a result.

Nick Ebbs, Chief Executive from Blueprint, the award winning Nottingham based development company, was on hand to talk to prospective buyers about the scheme. He described Blueprint’s vision to create a new kind of sustainable neighbourhood, neither urban nor suburban but somewhere between the two.

He said: “Tall, elegant houses fronting well-designed streets with a design partly inspired by Dutch canal houses will provide the place with a distinct waterside identity. Open views over water and green spaces will reinforce the sense of place.

“Being less than 1.5 miles from the city centre and even closer to the station, accessibility to work, shopping and transport is a major attribute. The new neighbourhood will have one of the City’s most enviable outlooks and is close to the City Centre so we expect plenty of interest.”
