Rectory Developments completes latest project
Work to develop a brand new luxurious five bedroom house in Liss has completed, with the home now on the market available for purchase.
Constructed with the support of a six-figure funding package provided by the Royal Bank of Scotland, the development has been undertaken by Rectory Developments, a firm established by local property developer and industry consultant Scott Simmons.
Built to a bespoke standard, West Acre House is a stunning brand new property boasting just under 4000 sq ft of accommodation over two levels. The Georgian style home boasts some fine features including a superb entrance with a galleried landing, a stunning kitchen/family room with vaulted ceilings and direct access to the rear gardens, a pantry, laundry, boot room and four further spacious reception rooms. The property has high ceilings throughout with attractive moulded cornices, open fireplaces in the drawing room and family room and underfloor heating.
Upstairs, West Acre House has five bedrooms - the master boasting a designer en-suite, two bathrooms and a shower room. Outside the property boasts extensive gardens and a magnificent triple car barn which has a storeroom and offers the potential for a home office above.
Situated on Hillside Lane, a highly regarded and much sought-after private road in Hill Brow, Liss, the property is well placed for commuters with easy access from the nearby market town of Petersfield to mainline rail services on the London Waterloo line and the A3.
Scott Simmons, owner of Rectory Developments, said: “West Acre House is a stunning home and I am thrilled with the finished outcome of the property we have built. It has been designed and developed to the very highest standards with every feature and fitting being of the best quality available.
“I am really pleased with the support we have received from Martin Bone and his team at Royal Bank of Scotland. The funding has enabled us to complete the property to an exceptional standard and create a very desirable family home.”
Martin Bone, Relationship Director at Royal Bank of Scotland, said: “West Acre House is one of those properties that doesn’t come on the market very often. It is extremely desirable and Scott and his team have done a great job designing and developing it. I am delighted that we have been able to support the project.”
