Trio of deals totalling 13,000 sq ft announced at Europa Trade Park
A raft of deals at Europa Trade Park: Gemini in Warrington has seen three firms secure space at the development.
BR Industrial Trust, a joint venture between investment management firm BlackRock and asset management business Canmoor, secured a trio of deals totalling 13,000 sq ft for three newly refurbished industrial units.
Furniture retailer Garden Abode signed up for space on a 10-year lease, while repairs and maintenance firm Morgan Sindall Property Services snapped up one of the units in a five-year deal.
Distributor DJ Drinks Solutions, an existing tenant at Europa Trade Park: Gemini, renewed its lease for another five years.
Real estate services company Savills represented BR Industrial Trust during the transaction along with property firm B8RE.
Alex Palfreyman, the associate director in Savills’ industrial team, said: “The high quality internal and external refurbishment carried out by BR Industrial Trust has transformed these units.
“The recent spate of lettings is testament to this and we are already in talks with a number of potential occupiers about the remaining space.”
