Business Networking Event in the Heart of Tyneside

More than 50 people attended the newest business networking event in the region which took place on Wednesday 9th March.

The Town Hall Chambers Conference and Business Centre in Wallsend was the venue for the event. Over 50 people from a range of local businesses met in The Grand Chamber where they enjoyed refreshments during informal networking followed by the first round of speed networking.

Ford Henderson from Ford Henderson Marketing gave a short presentation providing the audience with some effective tips on how to find more clients which was then followed by the final round of speed networking.

Businesses brought along their promotional stands and marketing literature so they could make the most out of the event by promoting their business.

The range of businesses included legal firms, accountants, printers, IT solution providers, therapists, HR providers, recruitment agents, coaching professionals and many more.

The event was organised by Tyneside Connect, The Town Hall Chambers and Executype PA. Carol Charlton, from Executype PA said, “it was great to see so many businesses taking part in the networking event. We have named the event Wallsend Wednesday and as it was such a great success we will be running the event each month on the second Wednesday of the month. The next event is scheduled for 13th April and it is absolutely free to attend. It kicks off at 8am and runs until 10am.”

Mark Black from The Town Hall Chambers said, “we want to see businesses in the region grow and being part of such a successful networking event can help these businesses build relationships and increase their network of contacts in the area. We are looking forward to meeting more businesses as the networking group grows.”

Anybody interested in attending future events should contact the venue on 01915009777 or email mail@townhallchambers.com for further information about how to register.
