wePresent launches SharePod

wePresent, developer of the innovative presentation system that simplifies AV & IT solutions for companies, announces the launch of SharePod, a new device that wirelessly connects any additional HDMI source such as PC’s, Macbooks, document cameras or dvd-players, into a wePresent environment. The SharePod can be paired with any wePresent wireless presentation system, enabling seamless collaboration from HDMI sources in meetings and classrooms.

Extend any HDMI device Users can now easily connect document cameras, Chromebooks, guest devices or any other HDMI source, and wirelessly present these sources to interact with all other wePresent users in queue, thanks to the new SharePod.

SharePod acts as an additional user in the wePresent system’s 64-user queue, so any HDMI source can utilise the advanced features on the wePresent device. These include 4-to-1 projection, onscreen annotation, WebSlides and more. SharePod pairs to any wePresent wireless presentation system. Users simply connect their HDMI source to the SharePod and it will automatically be added in queue to the list.

This makes SharePod a great classroom technology solution when paired with a wePresent network. In the classroom, students, faculty, and guests can now easily connect devices such as document cameras and Chromebooks to the display.”

Move away from cables wePresent is a professional wireless presentation system that allows up to 64 users to wirelessly present to a display from any device in full 1080p HD. It enables end-users to move away from cables and connections and traverse into the world of wireless presentations and collaboration. In addition, wePresent offers a built-in wireless access point. When enabled, this can provide an additional WiFi signal for guests and meeting participants.
