Suites at Liverpool Innovation Park now range from 500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft

Nine new occupiers confirmed at Liverpool Innovation Park

A host of businesses have snapped up space at Liverpool Innovation Park as refurbishment efforts at the Edge Lane development near completion.

Newcomers to the site include smartphone and tablet resale firm Bargain Tech, video production business Zut Media, IT support firm AMGB, residential care provider Courtyard Continuing Care, and medical tech startup EnXray.

Voltage management company Bristol Blue Green has also secured space at Liverpool Innovation Park, as has music tuition firm Presto Music School, care support organisation Bedspace Resource and startup Myti School of Science.

The string of office deals follows investment from the site’s owner, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), that saw the development transformed with additional plots, office suites and parking facilities, as well as upgraded common areas, revamped kitchens and new LED lighting.

Suites at Liverpool Innovation Park now range from 500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, with on-site amenities including yoga classes, a dry cleaning service, a Bean Coffee shop and a Ben Dunne fitness centre.

David Tyson, a senior surveyor of asset services in the Liverpool office of real estate firm CBRE, which secured the deals, said: “We are delighted to announce nine new lettings at Liverpool Innovation Park.

“The hard work that has been undertaken to maximise the park’s potential is paying off and we are seeing a number of new occupiers attracted to the property thanks to the wide range of occupier services on offer as well as the all-inclusive nature of the tenancies.”

Carol Sutton, the HCA’s senior area manager, said the development “continues to flourish” under the current investment strategy.

She commented: “To be welcoming nine new occupiers is an excellent result.

“We are confident that the newly refurbished suites launched this month will have a strong appeal to tenants seeking smaller offices with all the benefits that the park has to offer.”
