Jump Xtreme teams up with Merseyside firm DSG to launch £1.5m trampoline park
Trampoline park operator Jump Xtreme has opened its first site in Bolton with help from chartered accountants DSG.
Merseyside-based DSG assisted Jump Xtreme during the launch of the £1.5m centre by providing advice and support in areas such as overdraft and asset finance, as well as implementing management information systems.
Additionally, the team at DSG helped Jump Xtreme set up a tax-efficient shareholder structure.
DSG partner Chris Wheatley said: “We’re delighted to have had the opportunity to assist Jump Xtreme with the development of this ambitious and exciting venture and to be part of their journey.
“Some of the company’s requirements were quite complex, so it was great to be on hand to assist the Jump Xtreme team.”
Following the launch of the site at Trinity Retail Park in Bolton, Jump Xtreme plans to open 12 additional centres across the UK over the coming three years. The firm is due to launch a park in Tamworth, Staffordshire, this summer.
Jump Xtreme’s managing director, Cliff Nicholls, said: “Jump Xtreme is going from strength to strength and our first site in Bolton has had a very warm reception.
“The support and advice we’ve had from DSG on the journey to launching and growing our business has been absolutely invaluable.”
He added: “Chris and the team have been behind us every step of the way – providing advice on a number of aspects of the business, from lease negotiations to advice on IT systems, alongside securing finance, and they have played a key role in ensuring that our route to launch ran smoothly.”
Employing a team of 40, the Bolton park features a visitor café and 14,000 sq ft of interlinked trampolines.
