Gramercy is a private, quiet and one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Manhattan, located in proximity to Union square and East River Greenway. The place attracts fewer tourists as compared to the nearby East Village and Soho.

The interesting part of this district is that it is bordered by Union Square on the south and Flatiron District to the west. The area is further surrounded by beautiful and sprawling private Gramercy Park, which makes Gramercy a quieter place to live in the heart of Manhattan. Gramercy Park is one of the most sought-after tranquil gated square. Only the residents of the surrounding townhouses and apartment have access to this park.
