Global marketing agency targets Northern firms with new Salford Quays office
Marketing firm Oliver Group has announced the launch of a base at Salford Quays in a bid to create a hub of digital and SEO services for the North.
The new office will house 30 members of staff and also serve as a base of operations for Aylesworth Fleming, a property marketing agency acquired by Oliver in October 2015.
Aylesworth Fleming’s MD, Nic Morris, is now managing director of Oliver Manchester and will report to the firm’s UK chief exec, Sharon Whale, as he heads up the Salford Quays office.
According to a report in Campaign, Martin commented: “Manchester’s economy is as big as Ireland’s. It’s also one of the most creative and innovative places in the UK, with its world-class universities and pool of highly talented individuals.
“When you add in its transport links to Leeds, Birmingham and Scotland, it’s clear this is a hugely exciting opportunity in Oliver’s expansion and growth.”
Oliver Group has close to a dozen offices around the world, including sites in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Paris and Sydney.
Aylesworth Fleming, meanwhile, employs a team of 120 across offices in Manchester, Leicester, London and Bournemouth.
