Royal celebration at development named after Princess Charlotte

Five star homebuilder, David Wilson Homes (DWH) North West, celebrated the launch of its new show homes at Charlotte’s Place in Winsford last weekend, with a special 1st birthday tribute to Princess Charlotte, after whom the development was named.

Builders started working on site the day Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was born, 2 May 2015, and in honour of the new princess, the team agreed to name the development after the Royal baby.

Located on Townsfield Road, Winsford, the site is 16 acres in size with planning consent for a total of 164 properties. Approximately 30% of this total will go towards providing affordable homes for working people in the community.
