The wePresent WiPG-2000 is a cost-effective and flexible solution that integrates seamlessly into a company’s full-scale audio-visual system. This means businesses are not limited to one or two fully equipped expensive meeting rooms and can turn smaller areas into collaborative meeting spaces at a fraction of the cost. For those impromptu gatherings, users simply connect to the network and launch wePresent’s MirrorOp software to start presenting on a display screen. The system’s built-in annotation overlay allows the presenter to write or draw, plus choose to operate and control the projected users device.

To cater for external visitors, the SharePod has a one-touch connection that allows guests using a HDMI source to access the wePresent environment with ease. The SharePod wirelessly connects any additional HDMI source such as PCs, Macbooks, Chromebooks or DVD-players for full audio/video mirroring to any display or projector, without software or other configuration required.
