Liverpool’s Mashbo Win Big at Prolific North Awards
Liverpool-based digital agency Studio Mashbo are celebrating after their recent win of the ‘Best Small Digital Agency’ category at the 2016 Prolific North Awards.
Mashbo saw off competition from the likes of Fluid Digital and Reckless to be crowned the North’s best small digital agency. Other winners included ITV for their ‘Coronation Street Live Access All Areas’ project, and Pizza Hut for their ‘Taste Freedom’ campaign.
The award follows an amazing year for Mashbo, who have doubled their team and secured a number of big client wins, including Liverpool Football Club, NBC Universal and Manx Telecom
Gavin Sherratt, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Mashbo, said:
“We’re proud that we’ve done it our way – fuelled on hard work and tough learning, with no shortcuts. We spent our early years focused on process and culture ahead of chasing profit and turnover. But this investment has now started to pay off. We have an awesome team and an amazing support network, which has resulted in the development of a fantastic client base.”
His thoughts were echoed by the agency’s Creative Director and Co-Founder Liam Potter, who said:
“We’re thrilled to have won best small digital agency this year. It validates all we’ve been doing the last few years and is a testament to the quality of the team we have been able to put together at Mashbo.”
Mashbo’s Prolific North Awards success has been followed by two prestigious Big Chip Awards shortlistings for Best Not-For-Profit Project and Best Digital Agency, on top of the two recent Digital Leaders 100 listings.
