BNS become T20 shirt sponsors
Gloucestershire Cricket is pleased to announce BNS Management Services as a sponsor of its NatWest T20 Blast shirt.
The Bristol-based property management company will have its name on the back of the new yellow and black kit for the next two seasons.
BNS managing director, Andrew Simmonds said: “We are thrilled to have signed this deal with Gloucestershire Cricket.
“T20 is the fastest growing spectator sport and we’re really looking forward to entertaining clients at matches and introducing them to this exciting game.
“We are looking forward to some great matches this season and developing our relationship with the club, players and fans.”
Gloucestershire supporters will get a chance to see the players in the new shirt - complete with the BNS logo - when the club takes on Sussex Sharks on May 20 in its first ever home game under floodlights.
BNS – which manages hundreds of properties across the South West - also sponsors Gloucestershire-based Vanarama National League football team Forest Green Rovers.
Andrew says that Gloucestershire Cricket’s up and coming T20 team and strong focus on developing young players attracted them to become new sponsors this year.
He said: “Becoming involved with sports in the region has been a focus of ours for a while, not only for brand awareness and exposure but mainly because we are passionate about supporting young talent, particularly within up-and-coming teams.
“Gloucestershire’s home in the heart of Bristol and with fans across the South West is the perfect fit for us. We recently rebranded so the new logo will go on to the back of shirts, around the ground and on the scoreboards.”
Gloucestershire Cricket CEO Will Brown said, “It’s fantastic to have BNS join the Club as one of our major partners. BNS are a great example of a local success story for the City of Bristol and have already shown commitment to sport across the county with their support of other teams. We look forward to building on the relationship over the next few years, driving success both on and off the pitch.”
