Busaba Eathai to open first Yorkshire restaurant in Leeds city centre

Thai restaurant group Busaba Eathai is set to open its first restaurant in Leeds city centre.

Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, the retail team at CBRE Leeds secured a letting to Busaba Eathai at the former Lloyds Bank unit on Park Row. The group has taken a 15 year lease on the 6,000 sq ft unit.

Busaba Eathai currently operates in 14 locations across the UK and one in Dubai. The new Leeds restaurant will be fully operational by early 2017 and will be the first outlet in Yorkshire.

As part of continued northern expansion, Busaba have recently opened in Manchester and Liverpool ONE.

Busaba Eathai is a Thai eatery led by Jason Myers, CEO and originally conceived by Alan Yau, (Hakkasan, Wagamama and Yauatcha) with the first branch opening in Soho in London in 1999.
