Deirdre Brown Travel’s Capability Brown Initiative

Yorkshire-based Deirdre Brown Travel is to celebrate the tercentenary of Capability Brown with a free holiday for guests making new bookings with the company whose name includes Brown.

The company has a wide range of garden tours in its programmme which also features as the guide on the tours, gardening expert Sarah Hopps, who writes for gardening magazines and is a panellist at the Harrogate Flower Show and other major flower shows. Sarah uses her extensive knowledge and experience of garden history and design during the visits.

“With the tercentenary of Capability Brown, this is the Year of the Garden and with my surname being the same, we decided it would be a good idea to offer other people with same name an advantage price and the chance to win a holiday in 2017”comments Deirdre Brown, owner of the company.

For new bookings only, people with Brown in their name can apply for discounts of 16% off 2016 holidays and will be entered into a draw to win a 2017 holiday.

Deirdre Brown Travel was established in 2015 following the sale of Eddie Brown Tours in 2014, which Deirdre Brown operated for over 30 years. The new company specialises in fully escorted travel holidays and was a finalist in the Coach Tourism Awards for ’Best Programme of the Year 2016“.
