Funding to unlock business growth in North West
A business solutions specialist with offices in Oldham and Stockport is urging firms in the Greater Manchester area to make the most of funding available to help them progress.
The Executive Development Programme – run by the Business Growth Hub – supports the expansion of B2B companies. 23 Degrees Business Solutions is one of the providers carefully selected to deliver the bespoke development programme to successful SMEs.
Funded by the ERDF*, the Programme has been designed to specifically support senior leaders/key decision makers, within the region’s evolving organisations, with leadership areas that will lead to business growth and the creation of new jobs. Tailored coaching sessions are on offer to tackle the subjects of personal and professional development, leadership, change management and best practice, to name just a few.
23 Degrees Business Solutions is one of 18 providers selected to deliver the Executive Development Programme following a rigorous OJEU tender process. Founder and managing director Kevin Sanders said of the scheme: “This is a fantastic opportunity to give businesses in our region the encouragement and support they need to progress to the next level.
“Our team will help participating SMEs to work smarter, enhance their brand, fine tune their skill-sets and plan for the future. We’ll carefully configure the 18 hours of coaching to ensure maximum value for the business concerned.
“We can even support businesses through the application and interview process as we know this can sometimes be the most daunting part!”
Business owners and directors interested in the Executive Development Programme can apply, by contacting 23 Degrees Business Solutions on 01457 878381 or visiting www.23-degrees.co.uk for a no cost consultation.
