Tall has moved into a 1,020 sq. ft office in Marshalls Court, in the heart of Holbeck Urban Village.

Adventure and sporting brands help Tall Ltd aim high with third office move in Holbeck Urban Village

Tall Ltd, the Holbeck-based digital creative agency, has completed its third office move in three years, all within Holbeck Urban Village.

The move follows a number of new business wins and sports campaign successes for Tall, including the Global FEI (International Federation for Equestrian Sports) and British explorer Ed Stafford, best known for his adventures featured on the Discovery Channel.

Tall has relocated into a 1,020 sq. ft office in Marshalls Court, a restored mill building in the centre of Holbeck Urban Village.

Guy Utley launched Tall in 2011 from a small office in the Tower Works development.

Now, Tall are an eight-strong team and have settled into a studio in neighbouring Marshalls Court, which will give room for growth, in line with the company’s goal to become the number one digital marketing agency for adventure and sporting brands.

Founder Guy Utley commented: “We’re always keen to stay within Holbeck Urban Village; being close to other creative businesses is great for us, as it gives us the opportunity to support and work with like-minded people.

“Tall has expanded quite rapidly in the past 5 years, so the fact that Holbeck Urban Village has a diverse range of office spaces has meant that we’ve been able to move quickly and smoothly, without disruption - vital for a business move. We love it here.

“The heritage architecture feeds the creative juices and the local pubs and cafes feed everything else. Our new office at Marshalls Court will give us the opportunity to push ourselves creatively and help us to move up a league as a business.”

Holbeck Urban Village, a major part of the city’s South Bank Leeds plans, features a mix of restored historic mill spaces, flexible, contemporary interiors and a digital infrastructure that offers the fastest on-demand broadband service in any multi-occupancy building in Leeds.
