Grant To Provide Fresh Training To Local Talent
Growing software company Target, receive funding to nurture aspiring and up-coming marketing co-coordinator with an award winning Marketing Consultancy.
Three time winners Fresh Marketing Solutions will be working alongside the Barnsley based company’s Marketing Co-ordinator, Olivia Davies to provide continuous personal development in Marketing skills and practice through the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
Olivia has only been at the software company for two years but has quickly progressed from her initial Office Assistant role and is now creating and implementing the company’s marketing and public relation campaigns.
Kirsty Sisson, Director at Fresh Marketing Solutions says: “We’ve been working with Target since 2014 to deliver marketing consultancy during their rebrand and website launch. Over that time Olivia has shown to have a natural flair for delivering creative content and a strong understanding for Marketing dynamics. We can’t wait to take her under our wing at Fresh and develop her skills further so she can really make a name for herself and provide Target with some serious business growth.”
Olivia Davies, Marketing Co-ordinator at Target says: “I’ve always enjoyed working and learning with Kirsty at Fresh. I am so glad to have the opportunity to continue to develop my marketing practices and skills under such a successful eye.”
Supporters of continuous professional development, Target are keen to help and nurture their internal talent not only to benefit company growth, but provide valuable skills for their employees which they can take away to progress their own career.

Through funding from the LEP’s skills service we are able to provide Olivia with the opportunity to work with a dynamic and successful marketing consultancy.”
Fresh Marketing Solutions are to work with Olivia over the year to provide marketing training to enhance current marketing and sales efforts to establish best practices for attracting, engaging and closing new and more clients.
The LEP works with growing businesses throughout the Leeds City Region, which includes Barnsley, to provide support and funding for training.
Target design and provide specialist UK developed software management systems globally to companies such as Coca-Cola Enterprises, Kier Group and Pret A Manger, to enable greater business efficiencies through providing solutions for the data management challenges businesses face.
