Countryside unveils new show village in Walkden

House builder Countryside has opened the doors to its Heyfields development in Walkden to unveil a stunning collection of brand new luxury show homes. Prices start at £184,950.

Buyers are now able to view three of the spacious three and four bedroom home designs available at the Manchester Road scheme. Such has been the demand for the new homes at Heyfields that 28 of the 96 homes have already been reserved off-plan.

To showcase the high specification interiors available, Countryside brought in a team of designers from Kerry Jane Interiors to give buyers a taste of life at Heyfields and to highlight the ‘blank canvas’ that a new-build home provides.

Tapping into seasonal trends, the show homes feature earthy colour pallets, rustic furnishings and botanical inspiration for a summer theme that makes the most out of the French doors that lead to the landscaped gardens.

“The Dunham on the other hand, offers a contemporary and cool mix of smart grey tones with hints of mustard and walnut throughout. The use of sharp geometric shapes and retro inspired furniture gives the house a fresh, modern vibe whilst also feeling welcoming and relaxed.

“All of the show homes have been carefully thought out to excite the whole family and provide the perfect insight into their potential future home.”

Each Heyfields home is available through Countryside’s own Part Exchange scheme, as well as the popular Help to Buy initiative, whilst boasting a high specification that includes integrated appliances.
